Cookies and browser storage

• Sign-in and security: Clerk uses cookies to authenticate your account and maintain your session. These include session and client identifiers. Their lifetime depends on the cookie and your session. See Clerk's cookie documentation for details.
• Appearance: local storage remembers your theme under pedalclass-theme. It remains until you change it or clear site data.
• Sidebar: the sidebar_state cookie remembers whether you opened or closed the sidebar for up to seven days.
• Audio editor: local storage remembers the selected tab, track, and clip for each class. These settings remain until replaced or cleared.
• AI generation: session storage keeps a pending job identifier so the app can resume showing its progress. The app removes it after handling the completed job, or the browser clears it when the tab session ends.

We do not show a consent banner for storage needed to provide the service or remember the settings you choose. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and request consent before activating it where required.

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. This can sign you out, reset preferences, or interrupt app features. Stripe may use its own cookies when you open its hosted checkout or billing portal. See Stripe's cookie policy.
