Terms of use

pedalclass is software for creating indoor cycling classes with audio, coaching cues, and player designs. These terms apply when you create an account or use the app. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.

Our Legal notice identifies the operator. Our Privacy policy explains how we process personal data.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use invitations to give team members their own access.

Workspace owners and administrators control membership and permissions. Content created or uploaded in a team workspace is available to authorized members and can remain in the workspace after a member leaves. Confirm that you have permission before adding content or inviting others.

The Pricing page and checkout show the plan features, limits, price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes. Review the total and renewal terms before you pay. Stripe processes payments.

Subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage billing and cancel through the billing portal available in the app. Contact us if you cannot access it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.

Cancellation does not automatically refund an elapsed or current billing period. This does not affect a legal right to a refund, withdrawal, or a remedy for a defective service. Plan changes and any additional charge are shown before you confirm them. We will notify you of price changes before they apply to a renewal.

Usage and storage limits apply to each plan. Save files you need before your export download period expires or you reduce your plan.

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. To exercise this right, email hola@clipin.fit with your account email, purchase date, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

If you expressly request that a service start during the withdrawal period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for the service already supplied. Any loss of a withdrawal right requires the conditions and express acknowledgements required by law. These terms alone do not waive that right.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies when a digital service does not conform to the contract, remain available.

You keep the rights you hold in your classes, uploads, and designs. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, and display that content to provide the features you request, including team access and exports.

Upload only content that you have permission to use. A music subscription or possession of an audio file does not itself grant permission to combine music with video, distribute it, or play it publicly. You are responsible for the permissions needed for your uploads and your use of exported files.

pedalclass does not grant rights to third-party music through the upload or export features. The pedalclass software, brand, and original materials belong to CLIPIN FIT SL or their respective owners.

AI generation produces a draft from the details you provide. Results can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review the class structure, coaching cues, timing, intensity, and media before using or exporting it.

pedalclass is an authoring tool. It does not provide medical advice or assess a participant's fitness. Instructors are responsible for adapting classes to their participants and providing suitable supervision.

Exports use the class content available when the export runs. Processing time can vary. Keep a downloaded copy of completed videos you need because hosted downloads expire.

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass plan limits or access controls, disrupt the service, or access another workspace without permission.

Send service or content complaints to hola@clipin.fit. Include enough information to identify the issue and explain your concern. We may request further details and restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop misuse.

We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated breaches, unpaid charges, security threats, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction.

You can stop using the service and request account closure by email. Cancel any subscription through billing as well. Team content can remain with the workspace. Personal-data deletion is covered by our Privacy policy.

We maintain the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free results. Maintenance, provider failures, and circumstances outside our reasonable control can interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to resolve service faults.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use of content, use contrary to these terms, or changes to exported files outside the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will give appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.

Spanish law governs this agreement. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes are handled by the courts competent under applicable law.
