What counts toward export minutes?: A completed video uses its class duration. Failed exports do not use your allowance. Playing a class or downloading the same completed video again does not use more export minutes.
Can I upload my own music?: Yes. Your uploaded music counts toward your space’s storage allowance. Using the same uploaded track in several classes does not use more storage. Team music uses the team’s shared allowance.
What happens when I downgrade?: Your existing classes and uploaded music stay in your space. The lower plan applies to new usage. If you exceed its storage allowance, new uploads pause until you free space or upgrade.
Do I need a paid personal plan to join a team?: No. You join with your own account and use the team’s shared allowances. Your personal plan does not change.
